2/3 cup of half and half
1/2 an orange and its zest
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 1/2 lbs of large shrimp peeled and cleaned
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic salt
Spray olive oil
Cilantro
Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender
In a pan on medium/high heat spray the oil and add the shrimp, cumin, and garlic salt. Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until pink.
Remove shrimp from the pan and add the blended sauce cook for two minutes over medium heat until thicker and hot.
Top shrimp with the sauce and serve with cilantro.
