I'm sick were all sick and my challenge is over in a couple days (down 6). I haven't been to the gym all week thanks to sickies.
So here is what happened at dinner 🙈
I coated the boneless skinless chicken breast in cornmeal and flavorgod garlic seasoning and baked it at 400 for 25 minutes then I topped it with two slices of deli ham and one slice of lite Swiss cheese and baked it 5 more minutes.
The veggies have fresh garlic and olive oil spray and were sautéed for 5 minutes over medium heat on the stove top.
My white sweet potato chips were bakedfor 15 minutes at 400. I thinly sliced them then tossed them in a bowl of flavorgod everything seasoning and spray olive oil I then spread them out on a baking sheet.
All in all healthy and extremely tasty oh my chicken dipping sauce is ff greek yogurt and yellow mustard because who doesn't love to dip?
