Feeling Good

I jumped right back in on my challenge and am so glad. I really packed on some pounds over the last month between Cabo and the Holidays my eating was NOT on point. 

I am happy to announce that after only two days I have lost 4 pounds! I really had to kick myself into gear because the yummy food was seriously addicting, but I know that fueling my body right is so much healthier and will give me more energy. I mean seriously would you be hungry if you ate this much food every day?
Yes I really did meal prep on a Friday night with my favorite seasonings. #backontrack
