4 cups of Yukon gold potatoes diced
3 tbsp olive oil (I used garlic)
3 tbsp Flavor God garlic seasoning
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp of Parmesan cheese
Toss all ingredients together and bake at 425 for 35 minutes until they are nice and crunchy. Nom nom nom!

Flavor god? I've never heard of this. I normally hit up Penzey's! Roasted anything is so yummy!
