I am a week in and already feeling so much better. Between getting off the thyroid medicine adding in a very low dose of anxiety medication and getting back on the fitness band wagon I am feeling good and no longer feel like I am crawling out of my own skin. Oh and you can find me on instagram again as fit_mama_to_3, it is a private account, but I will approve those of you who inspired me and followed my journey before.
I am looking forward to starting a new challenge group for January and am really getting back into eating right and working out.
So who is up for a January group? There will be a PRIZE!
