Serious amount of flavor explosion in my mouth. Coctel de camerones (Mexican shrimp cocktail)
1 pound of cooked shrimp (medium size cut in half or 3s)
1 lime
3 tbsp ketchup
2 cups clamato
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 cup cilantro
1/4 red onion
1 avocado
1/2 a cucumber
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve alone or with saltines or tortilla chips
