Post Workout Pickled Red Onion and Tuna Snack

1 pouch of tuna
2 tbsp non fat greek yogurt
1 heirloom tomato
2 oz of pickled cucumber 
1 oz of pickled red onion 
Cracked black pepper

For the picked veggies this is what I always have in my fridge.
Cucumber, garlic, red onion, dill and cover with vinegar and store in the fridge.
