So I get asked ALL the time "does your family eat what you eat?" The answer is sort of. Lunch time not usually they have sandwiches but dinner sort of.
I have zucchini spaghetti they have regular. They have tacos I make mine on lettuce. Well tonight I wanted to smack my head into the granite island. Have you ever grated a big ass pile of sharp cheddar AND jack cheese and not stolen a pinch? Or cracked open a can of black olives and not taken one? Yes the struggle is real people. But guess what even when it f-ing sucks I know it's so worth it. Why? Because food is fuel. Because I like a challenge. Because I like seeing my body change. Because well I'm stronger then the damn cheese!
Lunch:
Lettuce
4 oz shredded chicken tossed with salsa
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup black beans
Dinner:
4 oz ground turkey
Heirloom tomato
Onion
Cumin
Cilantro
Garlic powder
Topped with onion cilantro, tomato, green onions and hot sauce
