It's a brown rice pancake! Hey when you are limited on your complex carbs we improvise, that and I had some rice to use up.
I added lots of water and seriously cooked it like 6 min in the microwave.
I weighed out 2 oz which is half a serving for me and around 100 calories.
I put a little spary oil in a pan and cooked it on medium for 2 minutes on each side. Voila a clean carb with a whole new spin.
You could serve this anyway you wish from adding fruit and agave nectar or placing sautéed spinach and a grilled piece of salmon on it.
