Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

This is 20 oz. of lean ground beef.  I mixed dehydrated onion, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and a little of my 21 seasoning blend.  Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
Sauteed in spray oil for 3
Steamed cauliflower for 4 min in microwave with garlic herb Mrs. Dash with 1/4 cup of water.  Dump the cauliflower and liquid in the food processor until they look like mash.
And for reals this is the count and it was INSANE yuminess!!!!!!
