Fiesta Chicken Scramble

Yes finally finally breakfast! On cleanse I did only shakes but today is a burn day.

For burn my biggest meal of the day is breakfast. A full serving of protein, veggies, and fat! Here is my Fiesta Chicken Scramble

So what's a girl to do with fat? Eat a real egg and guacamole! Oh and I get Greek yogurt too!

This is:

1 real egg
2 servings of eggs whites 
(Scramble together and set aside) 

2 oz of chicken with fiesta lime (cooked ahead) 
6 bell pepper strips
Diced white onion 
(Cook for 2 min in spray oil)

Add egg mixture and cook for two more minutes

Top with Mama's Guac
1.5 oz avocado
1 tbs greek yogurt
1 tbs salsa

Breakfast packed with everything you need to burn some fat! Get it!
