I woke up to happy news from my scale. This number is the lowest I have ever seen. In fact probably since I was in the 10th grade. I have dropped 3.8 pounds and am down a little over 1% body fat. The Spawn Maker is down a whopping 10.2 on his day 4! SOOOoooooooooOOOOOooooo EXCITING!
This was my morning snack combined with my protein and carb I get for my workout, I love when my snack mixes with my workout meal because it meals I get avocado with my protein. YUM!

For lunch I ate half of my salmon from over the weekend and made this yummy salad with:
1/2 cup of chick peas
3 oz. cucumber
15 pearl tomatoes
Red onion
Pepper
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
I made it yesterday and let it meld together overnight.
SO DELISH!
I got this!!!!!
