Day 3

Lunch is a carb+protein+veggie for me. Lean ground beef with cumin, mashed sweet potato, black beans, cucumber with chile powder, sautéed bell pepper and onions.

Dinner was protein and veggie. Grilled salmon over arugula tossed with a pomegranate vinegar mixed with Dijon mustard with some pearl tomatoes. Clean eating at it's finest! Not so bad. I will say day three was an irritable day, but I made it through probably thanks to the oasis supplement which seemed to pull me out of the funk.

The other half had soup and veggies for day 1 cleanse
