Day 2 Lunch

Protein + Veggie + complex carb

3 oz. Lean ground beef
1/4 brown rice
1/4 black beans 
Greens with pearl tomatos and homemade salsa 

270 calories and 10 grams of fat

I am down 1.4 pounds after day one and not feel bad. I was glad to get some protein today.
