Buffalo Chicken Wraps with Ranch Greek Yogurt

First step was making a relish type salad in so that I could be sure I got my veggies in.

Tomatos, celery, cucumber, green onion, chives, and cilantro. I topped it with a dash of franks red hot sauce and vinegar. I let it sit in the fridge for two hours. 

Next step was my Greek yogurt ranch sauce. I add onion powder, garlic powder, dry dill, and fresh minced chives. I also let that sit in the fridge. 

For my 4 oz. of chicken it was BBQed and brushed with just a little franks red hot while cooking.

I put the relish on the bottom, then my chicken topped with the 1 tbs ranch for each wrap, a drizzle of hot sauce and some chopped fresh herbs. 

Another heaven on a plate. 
(Note the calorie count includes 1.5 oz of avocado that was put on after the picture. This a a protein+veggie+fat meal, minus the avo for a protein+veggie meal or snack)
