Shrimp Pesto Flatbread

This one should have been saved for a meatless lent Friday, BUT I forgot to take a protein out this morning and shrimp thaws fast. 

A pound of shrimp with spary oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and some tropical pepper salt from TJs. I didn't fully cook the shrimp as it will cook more in the oven. 

Bake a 90 calorie flat out wrap at 350 for 5 minutes. 
I sprayed it with a little more spray oil to help my pesto spread easier.  I topped it with all these ingredients: 

Then cooked for 5 more minutes! Insane yum-o-ness!!!!!
