Sooooooo here is my food for work. I try to pack around 600 calories, this load has 34 grams of protein. Yes the plan is to squeeze that lime all over those cucumber then top it with that Trader Joe Chili and Garlic Smoked sea salt! The salt will also go on that popcorn and half those tomatoes will go in the cottage cheese and the other half will go with the lemon pepper tuna. The clam chowder will be devoured around 10 am I am sure. And HELLO chocolate almonds!
Sooooo as you can see I will NOT be hungry tomorrow. The better you plan the bigger bang for the calorie. Plan it out people! 18 hours and counting until my break. 👍😬
