Egg White Scramble

Yesterday I did amazing keep my day low carb, but my fat went off the hook sooooooo... Let's give it another shot and work on lowering the fat and upping the protein. 


.5 cup egg whites - 50 cal
6 bell pepper strips - 8 cal
.25 oz of light cheese - 20 cal
1.5 oz ham - 45 calories 

Sautée for a couple minutes then add the eggs and turn off heat. Top with the cheese and in true fitmama fashion don't forget the hot sauce!
