Who is this?

If someone would have told me a couple years ago that I could weigh 142 after three kids and coming from a body that once weighed 225 (not pregnant) I would have laughed in their face. 

Today my own jaw drops. My biggest hurdle in life was becoming a mom, that was all I wanted. I overcame that! Today I have three beautiful baby boys and a healthy ME and a balance between us all.

Nailed it!

Yes I nailed my 10,000 step goal before noon with a kick ass workout. 

Then came home to this 257 calorie lunch packed with 24 grams of protein. Take that you dang scale!

There WILL

Three hours of sleep, but there WILL be a workout. I'm changing up the routine a bit. More strength and core training and less cardio. We will see how that goes. muscle burns more calories then fat so why not? {reaching for some coffee} this is going to be one long ass day, but looking forward to having some muscles on figh-awwwwww!!!

Today I will wear shorts to the gym. Not sure my body is fully up to par for this, but eh oh well! Here we go. Squat, squat, squat!
