If someone would have told me a couple years ago that I could weigh 142 after three kids and coming from a body that once weighed 225 (not pregnant) I would have laughed in their face.
Today my own jaw drops. My biggest hurdle in life was becoming a mom, that was all I wanted. I overcame that! Today I have three beautiful baby boys and a healthy ME and a balance between us all.
Three hours of sleep, but there WILL be a workout. I'm changing up the routine a bit. More strength and core training and less cardio. We will see how that goes. muscle burns more calories then fat so why not? {reaching for some coffee} this is going to be one long ass day, but looking forward to having some muscles on figh-awwwwww!!!
I am a wife and Mama to three boys. I had THREE babies in 23 months and went on a mission to reclaim my health and body. By eating better and exercising I have lost 70 pounds. This is my food, and my journey mixed in with our crazy life. A better me for them!
