Roasted Garbanzo Beans

I LOVE garbanzo beans in salads, they are salty and satisfying and packed with protein.  So I decided to try something different.

I rinsed and dried one can then in a bowl added to them 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of salt.  I baked them at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

It made 5 oz. and 1 oz. is 89 calories!  Next time I think I may add maybe some cumin to the mix.  These would be yummy as a snack or on a salad.  Enjoy!
