I ran out of sandwich thins, but had my heart set on a pastrami sandwich so I opted for a higher calorie hamburger bun which made this meal much higher then it needed to be.
Hamburger bun
5 slices of pastrami
.75 oz. of swiss cheese (warm pastrami and swiss together in microwave)
2 tbsp of saurkraut
1 tsp of spicy brown mustard
Served with .5 oz of Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Kettle Chips
