Super yummy refreshing Summer dinner!
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
(Thanks to my MIL)
Jug of Clamato
1 english cucumber peeled and diced
1 tomato diced
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/2 avocado
2 tbs ketchup
Juice of one lime
A few dashes of tobassco sauce
1 pound of shrimp cooked and diced
Combine all ingedients and chill for a couple hours and serve with fat free saltines
1 cup = 215 calories
